I used to follow ANEN closely but they've slipped relatively low on the radar....

My initial reaction would be for the company to take the bid, as long as there isn't another suitor available. I don't know what they have in their pipeline, so that would be the most important aspect to consider. It's not like sales have been soaring, they've been relatively flat for the past 5 years. With this as a back drop, I don't think they can command a high price to sales ratio.....

Many companies in their space aren't getting much in the way of outside interest, so a 25% premium seems about right at this time.
