It sounds like they excluded most of the 380 indictees right at the start and narrowed it down to 81 to list.

Please read. As stated, the 81 is the fraction of the 380 that actually had bomb materials.

If you don't like the data, I'm happy to look at any other data you can actually find on the same material. What I don't pay any attention to is what your preferences are. The fact that you prefer fantasy to reality doesn't interest me.
