I can sum it up by saying that OO scored a lot of significant technical
points today. I also like the fact that it has been moving up without news. Usually means those in the "know" are buying.

If I was a trader (I am) this would be an acceptable risk scenario for
OO. A buy now, with a stop loss on a break below 9.875 would be a good scenario.

I think how the stock acts after this "breakout" will be very telling. Usually, any good news (stock price movement-wise) is usually blunted by fairly quick retracements. I was moderately impressed with OO's move up from 9.00, and how it held it's ground pretty good. The only thing missing was volume. Today we got some, with a decent move.

There are a lot of people out there (big players) who are short OO. That means they already have a profit, and will have to cover (read:buy back shares) to close out their positions. If they feel that OO has gone as low as it can, and the recent double bottom might signal that, they might be content with their 50%+ profits, and start buying. This could get us a short squeeze, which I think would be fairly powerful. If OO doesn't retrace tomorrow at the open/first hour,
I am considering taking a short term position.
