Rick,
Nothing much new. I heard two companies were considering a bid on Clipper at the auction, but the deal fell apart. Apparently, the ORRI/NPI structures that ATP has on multiple properties has in effect created a de facto poison pill. Nobody wants to bid on all the properties because a lot of them are junk and the few individual properties that have value are burdened with other properties via ORRI/NPI obligations. People are worried they don't know what they are buying.
