ESV is a well managed rig company and the way I look at (Enterprise value multiples to adjust for leverage), it is cheaper than DO or RIG, while being better managed and probably they have the better rigs too.

I do understand that they standardize their rig design more than other companies, which helps to keep operating costs down.
