If they target 2% inflation, the pension funds must sell or take a loss on their bonds, and the japanese are retiring, pulling assets from the pension funds...if the pension funds run for the exits at the same time, the bonds go down sharply and japan is bankrupt as all their govt revenue will not be enough to pay the interest on the bonds.. rp see kyle bass for discussion.... youtube.com
