Permitting a mine is never an easy process.

However, Nevada is a good place to find a mine and (except for $300 an ounce gold) I don't see any reason why we couldn't permit a mine at Tonopah if we found one.

The type of facility we use to process the ore will depend upon the type of deposit (surface vs underground high grade). However, neither scenario is advanced enough to justify a discussion at this time.

Preliminary studies indicate the surface deposit is profitable at $380 an ounce for gold.

The theory that high grade vein systems exist on our property is still just a theory with very little evidence. However, the 10 ft intercept (0.22 ounce per ton gold and 9 ounces per ton silver) encountered this summer is extremely encouraging.
