Dear North American Nickel (NAN-V) Followers, I am very pleased to send along this morning’s news release announcing our imminent Private Placement. Raising money in this difficult market environment is a challenge, as I am sure you are aware. I am particularly pleased that The Sentient Group has decided to increase their position in North American Nickel and that the VMS Ventures Board has agreed to maintain its approximately 24% position in NAN. “Diluting”: to our major shareholders is a strong statement of support from both for our 2013 plans and, in my opinion, reinforces the value of the unique opportunity at Maniitsoq.
