For the few people on this thread that actually give a damn regards AMD I heard Gene Glazer (Fortis Analyst) say tonite that the most important aspect of the deal with Compaq is everyone in the industry knows that Compaq vigorously and repeatedly tests a product BEFORE they buy it,that they know exactly what they are getting before they buy it.And I do not believe they would buy if these high-voltage charges were valid.The k-6 now has the Compaq stamp of approval and that counts for something.max P.S.Stockman,Elmer and Yousef I hate to disappoint you all who delight so much in taunting people about the money they might lose, but if I lose my whole investment here it will cause me no pain,if you get my meaning.
