Hi Marshall, The 10Q for DANB got filed at Edgar today and I'm currently printing it out.RAIN does a much more informative 10Q by the way.The only thing that I spotted in scanning the report is that they plan financing 3 new openings next year with cash flow from operations and the $19 million balance of a secured revolving line of credit.Capital expenditures will be about $24m in '96 and $31m in '97.Wonder what the bite is on the line of credit?Just a hunch but I'll bet if the stock price goes up into the 30s they'll make a new offering but there was no hint of it in the 10Q.I'll let you know what else I find tomorrow. I believe before offerings the underwriters can support the price to at or above the perspectus price,I love to see RAIN climbing but it could all be part of the offering dance.Of course if it blows past 34 and Ken's right,it won't matter.But I suspect it will take a couple weeks to settle.Wonder how all those shorties are feeling tonight? So how many RAINs can NY support?Tomorrows the big day. Go RAIN!! Dennis
