AAPL. Okay, partly to increase my comfort level with the stock today, I scooted over to check out my local Apple store. Plenty of people in the store around noon, and several people were buying.

I believe I might actually switch from my old&slow pc to a new Apple desktop instead of replacing my pc with a new Windows 8 model which I have been considering. Windows 8 seems to be getting too many mixed or negative reviews. And if I'm going to have to go through a learning curve with Win 8, I might do just as well by going through a learning curve with Apple instead.

Meanwhile, before market close I did increase my position in AAPL with a very small buy.
