They also do biz with TXN (I think I read they layer a film onto their chips). Seeking Alpha has had guys suggesting (rumors) that Dell and INTC might be looking to contract with UNXL as well. That could be totally false and the company filed to issue more stock today. finance.yahoo.com People don't like dilution and the release says "Uni-Pixel intends to use the proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes." It is plausible that they intend to use it to ramp up production. It's also plausible that they need to do so because they're ready to strike a deal with any of a number of companies....including DELL and/or INTC. I don't own any stock in this company but it caught my eye at 26 because of the float and short ratio. Even with an undisclosed number of shares due to hit the market I'm seriously thinking about starting to build a position. I asked John Pitera to have one of his tech buddies review the product and tell us if it's any good. If it is......I think there's potentially some decent upside based on growth projections. I'm kind of hoping it opens down tomorrow
