Hi Jake,

I just keep bumping into you every where I find semi/tech.

SO WAKE UP BUDDY.

screencast.com

I've been watching this cash rich company slide down the slippery slope of price declines - even when it pays a 48 cent annual dividend.

Five year low which occurred last November was 6.36.

Cash per share of 1.30 and a 48 cent dividend but no payout ratio as earnings are negative - so not sure how long the dividend continues.

They are debt free.

So to start an intial position I have sold 20 puts October 2013 6 months out for 81 cents with an exercise price of 7.00.

This gives a net purchase price of 6.20, a bit below the low of 6.36.

My obligation is out 6 months and time decay is on my side.

Additionally if dividends are continued I shoule recieve 24 cents which puts me just below 6.00 acquisition cost if put to me.

Book value per share is 7.88 per yahoo a 31 % cushion.

I always like companies with cash and no debt - they have staying power.

This seems like a safe way to get familiar with this stock.

I've been paid 1600 and if it goes against me ,I must but 14,000 worth of stock that I'll have 12400 in.

If the 48 cent dividend continues I yield just under 7.8 %.

If we slide below 7.00 I'll double down and do another 20 puts.

Hope some one sees this lonely thread.LOL

Bob
