This rumor has to be old as around October when it first started. That's where we get the $35 per share LU offer price which is the range of where ASND was trading at the time. If it were true, why wouldn't LU go for a buyout last month when they had ample opportunity to buy it less than $25? Were they waiting for that old offer price of $35 to leak so they can buy it at a higher price? Cheers, Chi-X hath Spoken! "There shall be no wine, before its time."
