It only keeps working if they keep getting poor whites on social issues. Oh and don't worry once our taxes are cut yet again it trickles back down to you in your trailor in rural America. I must say the longer I watch this unfold oddly I don't really hate GWB much anymore. There as so many way more evil running things that had absolutely no compassion for anyone else when he was president and wanting to continue the status quo for as long as possible. The first Obama term was mostly a third GWB term except for healthcare and we know the resistance Obama got there.. Not sure a GWB/Paulson/Bernanke team would have done much different with the economy cause our leaders all knew not to repeat the Hoover playbook
