Sector, Ah. The $50/share was about ASND's price at the time (not CSCC) as ASND paid .7 share per each share of CSCC. Thank you for pointing out the error. However, I do believe that ASND paid about 10 times CSCC sales per a prior analysis posted here some time back. I don't know if that was a steal, but it is considerably more than the numbers now being bandied about for a buyout of ASND (which includes CSCC, of course). Ten times sales, now, would be 10 x 1.2B = 12B, divided by 200MM shares (per last 10Q) = 60/share. Gary Korn P.S. I got up way early to watch CNBC news on ASND, if any. There was an item just now, but it played while I was making coffee. Figures.
