According to the approved bidding procedures, ATP was required to provide to the KCC website, the names of the qualified bidders 3 days after the bid deadline. The bid deadline was 4/16. Under the bidding procedures, the KCC website should have had those qualified bidders posted today, that is if any exist. Last week, ATP got approval to extend the bid deadline for two bidders until 4/18, with the express condition that all other bidders would be held to the 4/16 bid deadline. I saw no extension of the 4/19 reporting requirement for any bidder. Extending the reporting date by an additional 3 days to 4/23 would not seem to make any sense since that would coincide with the date of the auction, 4/23.

It is now 6:38 PM CDT here in Houston and the only notice of any bidder posted on the KCC website is the DIP. I wonder if anybody at all is interested in these properties.
