The big loser if LU acquires ASND is BAY. LU has been distancing itself from that wallflower for some time. I certainly hope ASND holds out for much more. Anyway, it should be really interesting to see how much dyspepsia LU gets on that half-baked conglomeration should the thing go through. Regards
