What specifically has Matt Taibi written that would make you assume he is biased?? He is an investigative journalist who has never pulled the crap (entrapment, fraud) you saw with Andrew Breitbart, for example. The press is granted special powers in our constitution not because they are to support the powerful; but rather they are an important check-and-balance illuminating government AND any other concentration of power and propagation of injustice. That can be church, state, political party or corporate concentrations who can be corrupted or not speak the truth in order to advance personal gain. Capitalism, innovation and merited opportunity has more to fear from the declining distribution of wealth, costly wars, and willfully externalized business costs than it does from 1000 Matt Taibi's. Personally, I am waiting to hear from Dan Loeb, with a history of being a good and smart man, opportunistic-as-hell but ethical, like all of us, capable of mistakes, on these matters.
