Major Terrorist Attack Thwarted in Canada April 22, 2013 By Sara Noble A major terror attack has been thwarted by the Canadians. New York might have been one of the targets. Canadian police have arrested at least two in Montreal and Quebec. The two men have been under surveillance for more than a year. The suspects wanted to make a big financial impact. The Canadian border service, the Royal Canadian Mounties and intelligence are responsible for the capture of the would-be attackers according to the Canadian Broadcast Agency.
