Does a Muslim with a couple of angry tweets qualify? What about a wife who has been hit by her husband? How about somebody with thick glasses? Or a 50 year old professional who was busted for smoking a joint in 1978? Or somebody who lost both hands in the Marathon bombing? What standards will a federal agency like the ATF use when they conduct federal background checks and give their approval to own a gun?
