Hi YOYO,

Thanks for the thread. I've been watching this one for the last six weeks, and when it dipped yesterday, I took a dip and bought some since the prospects look very promising for the long term. Looks like a solid stock with a manageable float. Do you or anyone else know how many shares were sold to eliminate the debt ? Am I correct that this stock is restricted for one year ?
