Sparky, I am pretty familiar with OAKT, don't work for them or anything ...but, I keep in pretty close touch with what they are doing, for business reasons. I too am mystified by the stock the past couple of months, at the same time, I can't find any information that indicates that they are having any radical changes in their business or in its future prospects. Whose selling and why concern me, too. Nonetheless, the stock has had a recent history of bouncing down to the 6-7 area and recovering. I do think that the cash position provides a very solid bottom and limits the downside risk. Some of the other stocks I've owned like this had similar patterns until things broke loose(both AALR and VIEW had strong cash positions, reasonable profitability and swung up and down in a range like this, both ended up being taken over at a very nice multiple to those lows they kept finding).

If I find out anything more I'll let you know...
