Well, a little, but I think everyone agrees that terrorism wasn't the primary reason for the Iraq War.

I think it is important that everyone keep in mind that practically EVERY SINGLE PERSON who was in a position of having access to the intelligence supported the Iraq War. And as Condi Rice has pointed out time and again, you make the decision based on what you know, NOT on what you may not know.

There are ten good reasons Saddam had to go, any one of which was sufficient. He should have been removed by Clinton after he failed to abide by the terms of the cease fire agreement, but Clinton didn't have the stomach for it. The US cannot allow Iraq to lead it around by the nose for ten years as Saddam did. And while no WMD were found, it is abundantly clear that Saddam or his sons would have been back in that business at the first opportunity.
