Or, just buy a gun off the internet from a private seller.

It's illegal to privately ship a handgun or rifle within or across state lines to an individual - must legally go to an FFL.

The only exceptions are CCR guns and license holders, you shipping your gun to your own home or from a gun manufacturer sent in for repair.

Most gun shows (not all) require full background checks now to keep the lawyers away.
