Imagine the uproar if a government agency, say the ATF, were to start a program where they buy guns from private sellers and arrested those who didn't do basic checks like they don't live In state? Or even to get statistics about what percentage of sales aren't checked?

Think Eric and his merry group of pirates would be down with enforcing the law? They say they are for enforcing gun laws. But does that only apply to some of the laws?
