(BPL) for about $1.45 billion to add cellulose-products output. Georgia-Pacific will pay $37.50 a share, the companies said today in a statement. That’s 25 percent more than Memphis, Tennessee-based Buckeye’s closing share price yesterday. The stock rose 25 percent to $37.50 at 9:34 a.m. in New York.
