This is something that I have been thinking about lately. Perhaps the free exchange of information that some of us long-term ANCR bulls have attempted to create here has actually been detrimental in some ways. Obviously the shorts and nay-sayers are using this thread as a contrary indicator of sorts. They have also been successful at forcing some of us to have second thoughts about our ANCR investment, despite what most of us view as significant improvements in their situation. It seems clear that they monitor the thread closely and post negative messages on any rallies.

It is also possible that Brocade is using some information gathered here to their own competitive advantage.

I don't know what the answer is, but I'm tempted to be a little less free with information here. Let the shorts and nay-sayers sweat it out for a change. Those of us that are long-time ANCR holders, know the situation, both the good and the bad. We can still communicate in private about sensitive aspects, and use this format for more general, Ancor and Fibre Channel related topics. Just my take.
