The agenda for tomorrows hearing is that…. there is no agenda. Agenda for Hearing Scheduled for April 25, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. According the court approved bidding procedures, the court was supposed to have ruled tomorrow on whether any of the bids were acceptable or not. Something is up.
