My Dad sold his home finally....

to some really nice folks from Shanghai. The are not citizens (but, they want to become citizens asap), they have an investment visa to enter & live in the US. As I said, I really like them, they are very wealthy, and the Mr loves his toys..first day here he bought a big Ford p/u with all the bells and whistles, he's like a kid in a candy store, he's soooo happy here in the US.

So, here's my question....he's already purchased 5 guns that I've seen, yesterday I helped him muscle two gun safes into his house. Is that legal? You don't even have to be a citizen, or establish some sort of residency, to buy guns? He's had his visa for maybe a month, and bought the guns within just a day or two of moving here.

I'm not worried about this guy, but if someone wanted to kill Americans....... all they have to do is move here, and we'll sell them as many guns as they want?
