Skip is right. Why would the four PP investors demand quick registration so they can sell their shares before the market price dips down to their purchase level? For 3/4s of a point? Boy, that's an awful lot of trouble to go through. I just ordered a spare part for my power washer, but its freezing outside. But I am anixous to get it, despite having no use for it until March.

Yeah, I know, a stupid example, but I haven;t had any coffee yet.

BTW, Karl, you should care what form of fusion it is. Otherwise, you ahve not done your DD.
