First, I think that SYSF is smart enough to sign up for an exclusive agreement.

Second, it is wise for SystemSoft to license the knowledge-base from top companies in the computer servicing, consulting and training business which have worked with the users for years. Where else can you find better source of knowledge of users' problems? It will take years to develop that knowledge if not impossible. I don't think you can read a spec or user manual and visualize all the possible problems that the users may encounter.
