it's a killer for the small internet seller. he has to figure out all those taxes and keep track, also since he has sales (income) from a certain state he will have to file state income tax in each state, that will cost a fortune in money and time. also he will have to registar in every state before he sells to any one from that state or that state will find him. I did a big job in Ohio, collect about 10k in sales tax, mail it in o ohio, they hit me with a 5000 fine for not setting up before i went there, I didn't know I was gonna get a job there and it was a rush job, I went there a week after I got the job. so I did the state a favor and they fined me. this will end internet business for a lot of small sellers
