Obama has still to demonstrate that he can govern effectively like Clinton did.

I don't remember all that smooth sailing to governance under Clinton. He and the Rs duked it out on a number of occasions and the Rs actually shut down the gov't for a short period of time. Then there was the Senate impeachment of Clinton. It wasn't all peaches and cream under Clinton. However, the economy did do better than it is doing now.
