Hi Bob, This is one of the best posts I have ever seen you write........It's brilliant. Extremely concise and you simply real off the bullets points and connect the dots........ and I'm quite serious.

You hit the nail on the head when you point out that Eagle Ford has superior pipeline structure already in place.... My brother and I have a couple of friends from Memorial high school in Houston who are free lance
"Landmen" you go out to these tiny towns with dusty old county offices where the deeds of land and mineral rights on different tracks of property are in these old ledgers and old files..... It's like going back in time....nothing computerized and but it's amazing how much they can make by going out for the week via small plane...... staying in a classic old time Texas town.... a time warp little motel and ferret out the info. and then provide it to the big energy firms.

and they come home for the weekend. maybe take a week or so off. and then go back to the gold mine and pull out a few more nuggets. And it's the type of thing were you have to look like and be able to Talk the Texan dialect which restricts who can do it.... Everyone saw the pictures of the firefighters who were killed in the Town of West, Texas in the fertilizer explosion last week....... ( yes this is code for something you and I know and have talked about.... a wee bit via pm).
