Thank you, James. That is good to hear.

Can I take that to mean that your personal experience with Cymer lasers, and the experience of other engineers you have spoken with who have worked with Cymer lasers, is that:

A) The vibration problems have been substantially solved.

B) There are no other problems with Cymer lasers.

Also,
Three months back, Si Eng stated "Cymer really needs to work harder at customer service. We have not been too happy with their field support."
Are you in a position to have an informed opinion about Cymer's customer service/field support?

Your input is very much appreciated. Knowledgable people like yourself are a great asset to the thread.
