I don't know where you learned about the American legal system, but you should ask for your money back. The Constitution is the bedrock of the legal system -- it is the supreme law. Defending the Constitution means defending the law and the legal system -- the whole of it -- it all flows from the Constitution. The Supreme Court is there to interpret the Constitution -- not you, you little nit. If you believe your rights are being violated, the courts await you. In my view the Supreme Court would not back your claims for a second. In my view think they would flick your silly ass off their bench like a bug. The police in no way overstepped their duties under the circumstances, and the people of Watertown and Boston are right to be grateful for their prompt and effective response. They saved lives and they captured one of the terrorists alive -- that is what success looks like. Stop being a pissy little whiny cry baby long enough to allow yourself to understand that dedicated people worked hard to do their job right -- and they should be cheered.

This Constitution, and the Laws of

the United States which shall be

made in Pursuance thereof; and all

Treaties made, or which shall be

made, under the Authority of the

United States, shall be the supreme

Law of the Land; and the Judges in

every State shall be bound thereby,

any Thing in the Constitution or

Laws of any State to the Contrary

notwithstanding.
