DVD Vs Zip/Jaz Zip cost about $150 Jaz cost about $400 DVD not Available, DVD not read write for at least another year. DVD cost about $800 None of my friends have DVD. Gee it don't look like DVD is much of a threat. Rember Ferengi rule of acquisition # 18: your investments are not threatened by a product that cost more, is unavilable, and don't offer features your product has (Write ability) Ok some day DVD might be a compeating product. In what 2 years that is if they can get the price down. But in a year or more so much can happin in tec stocks that DVD Zip Jaz heck the PC as we know it today can all change. So for the foreseeable future Iomega has deals with most computer makers to have Iomega products pre installed in there new Computers. What's DVD got? Nothing that can hurt the sales of Zip or Jaz. Happy christmas DVD won't be there. I saw the large blocks being traded today. They looked like buys to me. Most large blocks traded today were at the asking price. It also looked like some day traders were gitting out with some quick profits. Long strong and happy with Iomega. Rember I'm the same guy that bought more at 14 7/16. Shorty has been telling I bought to soon. Well i'm in profit with that buy and ready to buy more. Rember shorty there are a lot of people waiting to get back into around this time. Well I got to make a copy of some pictures I have on a Zip disk to trade with a friend. Can't do that with DVD. Long and strong on IOMG
