Yes, as I said, after the war was won by the US and the peace treaty had been signed, it took the Congs 2 years and in full violation of all terms of the peace treaty to rebuild their roads and army until they were ready to move again. By then the media and the dems had made sure, that all of that could be done with no harm to them, nobody defended the peace, media and dems had made that impossible. That's what Nixon meant by 'and how we lost the peace' after the war was won an Ho had been forced to the negotiation table after he and his 'geeks' had been bombed back to the stone ages. You should read the book, great but also very depressing stuff. /Taro
