The only way to make money with PVCT in the next few years is through buy/sell execution. Definitely not a buy and hold opportunity yet, and the chance of 'missing the big move' is nominal because no one is paying attention to this company. Not sure about selling into a loss to buy back later, the 'chart pattern' prognosticators always fall silent when these moves happen. I wonder why?
