John, since the crash of '87, the MMs have been reluctant to keep an inventory of stock and just day trade instead. Ron is saying the MMs are afraid of being swamped by sellers with no buyers. Mark, thanks for the Bizweek articles. I'm glad that somebody else is saying this stuff instead of just us. Charles
