You can not file taxes with a "fake ID". And the moment the Social Security Number is entered, it goes through a check similar to "E-Verify" to confirm it is valid and belongs to the person stated. Seriously?


Bullshit. I had my SS # used by an illegal alien for a variety of things. Nobody checked anything. And when the courts said that he had to pay child support and he didn't bother, they came after me and attached my wages. It took me a year to clean up that mess. You are clearly ignorant of the fact that there are many ways to game the system. And because your wife didn't do it, doesn't mean that it isn't done.
