DragonBoy, Have any of your sources been following the shareholder lawsuit started in 94. The last quarterly report stated that pretrial hearings had been completed in the summer. I remember reading in a previous qtrly report that the suit was to go to court in Sept. Obviously that didn't happen?

I find it interesting that insiders sold with the stock peaking in August? However, FMR et all didn't move on until after the fall. Maybe, they sensed some more shareholder rumblings. However, IMO they are going to miss the start of the 2nd leg.

Also, anyone have any idea who bought the 5 million plus shares on the day after the "big gap". I would assume that FMR was on the sell side. This represents a substantial chunk of the o/s shares.
