If I did that he/she would want to know what I was trading. Judges here in Broward County, FL always want freebies. Then I would have to explain all my reasons for buying and selling, then I would have to back it up with precedent and by that time the trading stratagy would be cold and I have to start all over again. But at least I would be able to bill the client for the long conference with the judge. Ha Ha.

Strange market day. UMemploy figures send futures to almost 10 points down then the market turns up. go figure, dow up 52, s&p up nasd up.
Let's hope the rally continues past lunch time.

Anyone know of anything coming up which would spoke traders before the close?
