According to that video the Bank of Canada is running their own virtual currency backed by other currency denominated assets. What would that be? Do you know? Then, in the text article the author says that CBs could shut down virtual currencies with the stroke of a pen. How does say, FED, shut down Canada's CB virtual currency?
