Tom, The HeaTreat business was spun off to management and alleviated a big drag on bottom line, close to 1MM had been spent.
Yahoo states their payrolls are up to 210 from 179 approx. recently. I agree this looks like strong demand for their services.
I don't agree about the addition of stock. I would much rather see a company fully dilute their shares then keep this undisclosed. Even with the warrants included in the share amount, net was up 700%, and at this stock price level, total market valuation equals $ 6.25M. Show me another company with these kind of trend and structural ratio improvements selling for that kind of value. The additional shares you are referring to are not shares at all, but warrants issued to management. This
is a great incentive and I don't think you'll be able to come up with any insider sales now or next year. I think management is taking a long term view of turning this around and growing. Watch for news/developments next week coming out of today's ANNUAL MEETING. Any expansion of existing or new contracts is going to be very positive. Also management has already downplayed this quarter due to holidays and client closures during the merriment. Do you know what last year's second fiscal quarter was like? If not, I'll keep you posted.
