You're not going to hear me defend buying tanks we don't need.
But none of this should matter if your whole goal is to "create jobs."

If you're actually spending the money toward vital infrastructure like energy, roads, and production, then that can be considered "stimulus." But there is very little evidence that the Obama administration actually cares what gets produced, except when it comes up on the teleprompter.
