I suppose once they establish theft as standard operating procedure for bankers gross missteps, negligence, malfeasance, fraud, clerical errors, and other normal bank gaffs, the next step will be to establish profit thresholds and then to commence confiscation of deposits in order to properly compensate executives. Everybody must pay their share of gigantic, humongous, stunningly huge banker and WS bonuses, unless you are an enemy of freedom anyway.
