They have been living here for 23,000 years." lololol you really need to study up. no humans have been in the americas for 23,000 years the clovis/souletrean (the people from south western FRANCE) came here about 14-15000 years ago. there maybe some south pacific guys who lands in southern south america about 1000 years earlier, the rest came over from asia about 13000 years ago including the Kennewick man who by the way was WHITE "The most commonly held perspective on the end of the Clovis culture is that a decline in the availability of megafauna, such as Mamoth and the like," there was a return of the ice age which lasted a 1000 years around 13000 years ago and a massive asteroid hit in north central NA. that probably wiped out the large mammals in North america. some clovis people survived, we really need to give North america back to the french who were here first and some white guys who travel all the way around the world even though Japan and came here from asia, probably Germans
