Arthur! en.wikipedia.org But even without the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882, there were many exclusions for various reasons prior to 1924. You're just dead wrong on this! Why in the world do you think Ellis Island was there for? Is was there to exclude people for hundreds of reasons who were not deemed fit to be allowed into the US. Go read some history buddy!
